Natalya Leahy

Natalya Leahy is Chief Operations Officer for Holland America Group (the largest division of Carnival Corporation and plc.) including Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn, P&O Australia, and all Land Operations. She is responsible for providing holistic strategic and operational leadership across the portfolio of four brands, including managing strategy and transformation, global port and Alaska land operations (nine lodges and transportation business), IT, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, retail and photo business, HR, legal and risk management. Natalya led major post COVID business recovery efforts after two years of pause in operations, including leading significant organizational restructuring, cash preservation and liquidity management efforts, cost innovation plan, and returning the 35 ship and land lodges fleet back to service and profitability. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Holland America Group, providing financial oversight and leadership for all brands and land operations in financial strategy, analysis, planning

and reporting, accounting, tax and treasury. Natalya joined Holland America Group in 2015 as Vice

President of Finance, overseeing financial planning and operations.

Before joining Holland America Group, Natalya spent 10 years at Procter & Gamble, where she held

multiple executive leadership roles in various segments (Laundry, Baby Care, Home Care, Paper, and

others). She led number of new product launches, managed global divisions, worked with retail partners, and led market strategy and planning. Under her leadership as CFO for the Glad Joint Venture between P&G and Clorox Company ($1B in annual revenue), the JV achieved record financial performance and market share earning Natalya the Clorox Shareholders Value Creation Award. Prior to joining P&G in 2006, she held positions at the United Nations, Coca Cola Bottlers, and Le Meriden Hotels.

A native of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, she holds an MBA degree (2006) from The Eli Broad Graduate

School of Management at Michigan State University and received her undergraduate degree from

Tashkent Financial University in Uzbekistan. Natalya is passionate about improving lives through

education and equality. She is the founding member of the Special Olympics in Uzbekistan, which

became the largest organization that introduced systemic support for community members with mental

challenges. Natalya is a recipient of MSU Broad School of Business Alumni Achievement Award and

serves on School Advisory Board. Natalya also serves on the Board of University of Washington

Global Business Center and is the former member of the Seattle Aquarium Board. She actively

supports the equitable treatment and representation of women in business and mentors many women

in helping them to achieve their career and personal goals.

Natalya is a proud mother to Veronica and Anastacia. She is avid traveler and believes that travel opens minds and builds shared humanity. She also enjoys running, hiking, and building new connections.
